The Parents at We employee group’s mission is to empower everyone at WeWork to live their home and work lives to the fullest. I partnered with the marketing team to amplify this message and position WeWork as a family-friendly workplace.
We concepted a video around Take your child to work day at WeWork’s London HQ and interviewed employees and their children aged 1 to 12. In the perfect office setting featuring the usual grown-up work accessories, we asked the children what they want to be when they grow up and what their parent does at WeWork. We captured genuine responses, ranging from serious and thoughtful to silly and funny.
This resulted in an original and fun piece of content that anyone can enjoy regardless of branding that, at the same time, benefits WeWork by associating it with the values it would like to promote.
